what do you pay the trustee in a 13? Is this amount added to the 100% payback? Thanks

First of all, your payment is based on disposible income...not necessarily what you need to pay to be in a 100% payback.
If you pay 1800/month for example, the trustee will keep $180 (10% as an example for trustee payment) and pay the creditors $1620 (1800-180).
