I cannot understand this. I have receive a copy of the

trustee's final report. And a small refund for overpayment but

still no discharge letter. Should i call the trustee's office or just

wait it out. My car is almost ten years old and i really need to

get a new/use one. This forum has been such a blessing

for me.

Well, first off congratulations are in order for completing your bk plan.

I believe it has been everyone else's experience here that it takes 2-5 months to get the discharge papers. So hang in there and enjoy your new freedom.
