Is this a creditor?

I worked for a company that payed me extra dollars to subsidize my sales paychecks so that I would make money even if I didn't sell anything. I left the company and owe them $10k which they are taking out of my assett trailers. Those trailers will end soon and I'll still owe at that time $8k, but have no idea if they will want to collect. These payments also inflated my income for the last two years to the tune of about 7k each year. Does any of that info affect my filing.
