Pacer Entry Question

There was a new pacer entry yesterday. The trustee filed her Chapter 7 final account, requesting to be discharged from the case and the case closed. Is that the end, end or is there more delay as it is reviewed and sits on a desk some where. Background, filed Aug 2006, discharged Dec 2006, handed over taxes in March 2007, waiting since then as various motions were filed and payouts went to creditors.

Is this really the end?

hi ruth....if she is asking to be relieved from the case and that it be closed, you are quite literally at the end of the case....It may in fact be over.....best of luck in your future.....this is a good day for you!!!! guzzie
