I was discharged in mid June of this year, but for some reason I haven't received a closing letter yet. I know the courts vary on when they send these out, but what could be taking so long? Do you think they are waiting out the full 180 days? Based on some of the things I've read at this site, I find this very odd. Any ideas, speculations? Thanks.

Ahh, I was looking for that post. I was wondering where that got buried....LOL! Anyways, I sifted trough annamollie's posts (http://www.bkforum.com/showpost.php?p=84674&postcount=5) and the case was a No Asset.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007

Good advice. I'll do that. Thank you again, HHM.
I also wanted to thank you and everyone else here who have been such a great help throughout this process. If not for you and the others, I don't know how I could've gotten through this without pulling my hair out. LOL! Our imaginations can definitely be worse than reality at times. Thanks to this site and all the wonderful information you provide, I knew exactly what to expect.
