thought 7 but turns out 13

Well i did it, but turned out differently than i thought. I make too much for a 7 I havr been reserching and planning on a 7 so not too familiar with a 13. He said both my car loans and mobile home had to go inside because all will be paid off within the 5 years. (With or without bankrupcy). My main goal was to stop this garnishment and this will do it. Things were tight before without paying any of my unsecured debt for years. single mom- one kid in college. i am really nervous now

I'm sorry it didn't work out the way you wanted it to. Don't be too stressed or too worried. Just make sure you contact your attorney if anything unforseeable happens (like job loss, major medical bills, etc).

Chapter 13 is sometimes better for people and there are many here who have successfully finished them (not me).

Keep us posted on how things are going, too. Or if you just need to chat/vent.
