Do I need to make an appearance at the clerk of courts to purchase my discharge papers or can I purchase them online?

Discharged BK? Your attorney should send you the paperwork, and the court will as well. It's nothing you have to purchase. Plus if you are registered at Pacer you can download the docs from there.Filed Ch. 7 June 14, 2007

If you want a copy sooner you can just walk in the court and get one for freeSometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.Comment
