    Sole Proprietor Fate

    I believe it is up to the trustee whether or not the small business survives the BK, but has anyone here had a small business and gone chap7? What was the outcome?

    My debt is mostly personal with some business charges. It seems that if they don't take your job away, why would they take your small business away if it is your means of support?

    The business will support my personal bills apres BK.

    We did and nothing happend to the busines it was never an issue
    Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

      Our business was never an issue, other than they wanted to know if we had anything worth over I think it was $200 each in inventory. Not equipment, inventory of stuff we sell. We buy and sell Antiques & Collectibles. We didn't at the time, so no problems.
