Do I have to amend for this?

I filed bankruptcy on September 4 and my 341 hearing is on October 15. After filing, I remembered that I had one of those Orange Savings accounts through ING - but it hadn't been used in three years and has no moulah in it. I hadn't even remembered about it. Do I need to amend my BK to include it? My attorney has outrageous fees for amendments and I'm so afraid of not being able to pay them before the 15th.

If its been more than 3 years I don't think it would be a concern. I'd mention it to the lawyer just in case it does come up later.

I'd told the paralegal working on my case about it when I remembered and she said that I'd have to amend for it - probably. However, she was filling in for my "regular" paralegal who was on vacation and said that she'd contact me about it when she returned...never did.

You might give the regular paralegal an email or call and ask about it just so that you are sure they are aware
