    341 meeting

    Good afternoon folks.
I have a question for all of you wonderful people.
Once my case gets filed, how quick can i view the date and time of my 341 meeting on Pacer?
Thanks for all of your help.

I think I could see mine the day after my lawyer uploaded it.

    Shouldn't take more than 2-3 days I wouldn't think.

If you are filing with a lawyer they can probably tell you how quickly to expect it in their area .

Once you sign in and go to a case. If you click on a header like case summary or history/documents (then list all) it'll list the dates various documents where filed and when various case items were dealt with.

They told me the date and time and place of my meeting when I turned my papers in. The clerk told me. I'm assuming if you filed with a lawyer, he/she should be able to tell you the same day or next day.

              Depends on your district.
My attorney said he knows as soon as he files the papers electronically, they shoot right back with a date for the 341, which is running only about 3 weeks after filing. But all that depends on your district.
