i live with my folks and am on disability. i owe my folks for past rent car repairs and my new used car. should i put them on the sheet?

It's my understanding you need to list ALL debts, even personal loans from a family member. Someone can correct me if that is wrong. You are supposed to list ALL Creditors. And as Cass suggested, there's no Law that says you cannot voluntarily repay any debt Discharged in BK.
BUT, many times, family members do not wanna be listed because BK is a matter of public record.
You might wanna chat with your parents. Tell them you are planning to file BK and see what their wishes are about being listed as Creditors.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
