i live with my folks and am on disability. i owe my folks for past rent car repairs and my new used car. should i put them on the sheet?

It's my understanding you need to list ALL debts, even personal loans from a family member. Someone can correct me if that is wrong. BUT, many times, family members do not wanna be listed because BK is a matter of public record.
