Im in the 69 day club right now. 9/30 was the last day for objections. I know it can take time for the discharge to show up on pacer however i have a question.


When i check pacer, the field "Date of last filing" always showed as 8/??/07. Well today its showing as 10/05/07. Thats the only item changed in the last 2 months. Does this mean the discharge is going to show up soon?

This means something happened on 10/5, so you should go into History/Documents and take a look to see what it is..........could be your discharge! Of course, you can first look at Status and see. It was saying "Awaiting Discharge" right? Now what?

Ok checked out the history....its a relief from automatic stay?

It is regarding the car i turned in. Its marked as uncontested.

This make sense?

The creditor who you have the car loan with cannot take title and sell it off until he gets the automatic stay lifted on the car, which is apparently what he did. The judge will grant this motion pretty quickly, since you surrendered the vehicle.

You will see the judge's approval in PACER and an item which notes that the mailing of his ruling was sent out - you will likely get a copy of that.
