Need Rental....Have to be out of apt by 10/31

I have come across a lot of nice homes to rent....at a lower rate than what i am paying for my apt.....but everyone requests credit reports.....and has anyone dealt w/ a property management co. that assists in home rentals? They do credit checks to.....what do i say to them regarding my BK that im about to file next week...or my credit?

I would suggest that you secure your living arrangements before you file.
