Hello folks, thanks for all of your help.
I filed for Bankruptcy 7 and last year on my income taxes I claimed 5 dependents. Now, I only have 4 dependents.
On my petition it lists 5 dependents. Should I notify the trustee and or my lawyer in the decrease of 1 dependent?
Also, I passed the means test but I'm wondering if I only listed 4 dependents, perhaps I would of failed the means test.
