A managing paralegal in my lawyer's office did my credit counseling course for me in 10 minutes while I sat in his office. I didn't even know he was doing it until he finished and said you're all done. In the mail today I got the counseling summary booklet from CCCS along with my certificate of counseling, and I saw my credit score was wrong and my monthly income was wrong, although both were in the "ballpark," so to speak. My lawyer has already filed my Ch. 7. I emailed the paralegal and am waiting to hear from him.
So inaccuracies in a counseling summary....am I getting worried about nothing?
