Repo Question
Tomorrow...I meet w/ my lawyer at 10:30am and will be signing off on the paperwork to file BK. I planned on surrendering my vehicle....well..last night they came and picked up my vehicle before i had a chance to surrender it. I am behind 1 payment....and will be behind 2 in the next couple of days. The tow truck driver told my bf that it will take 15 days before they do anything w/ the vehicle...does this mean before they note on my credit report that it was a repo? Will i still have time to actually say it was "surrendered" versus....involuntary repo? How does this effect my credit report during BK and after BK?
