I am a wreck, and need to quit thinking about this. I am really nervous because we are high income filers and are not keeping our home(didn't state intention however per our atty didn't have to). We have moved already and set up our new life, but its unsettling not knowing what will happen. We cannot afford a 13(our income in the 6 month look back is higher than our reality due to my loss of income, but we couldn't wait until the end of the year due to the home being foreclosed on - it would have been auctioned before we filed)
So worried we are a flag by the UST, however we are in a high income area(I think the largest amount of filers are in our district per what I have read on the net), so I think we are in good company unfortunately.
We have to file an amendment due to new creditor after the 341 - will that extend our last day for objections?
I have read here that its 10 days usually that the UST swoops in and suspects abuse, we are declared no asset by the local trustee per PACER.
Is it 10 business days for the UST to usually object or calendar days?
Ugh, I need a vacation for 60 days....
