Spin off regarding Working before discharge

This is kind of a spin off of the original post but a little different. One of my post is similiar as well but was not really answered.

So in my case, My 60 days is over and no objections, my trustee already declared no asset/no distribution and my case states awaiting closing. Can I work now or should I wait until my case is offically closed even though I am over the 60 day period???

Isn't it just administrative at this point??? The type of work I am looking at will not pay me for a while anyway but I just want to know because the last thing I want to do is kill my case before I get the official letter of discharge.

I just got confused from answers in the other post but my case is well passed his but not "officially" discharged so I just wanted to know what could happen in my situation

If you're already that far finished and just waiting to see something that says 'discharged" then why not wait? It doesn't make sense to be 95% complete and start second guessing things. Sit tight and hold off until you're discharged. Better yet, call and ask your lawyer.

I file pro se, so I have no lawyer. I will wait, there is no guarantee that I am really in the position to work, I just want to get back but I am still healing and in pain everyday. The high dental bills is kicking our butts.

But you are correct, we have been doing okay so far, why mess up something when we are 99% done and no guarantee I in the position to start and if I did start it is commission only and Gawd, knows when I will see that income. Hopefully, I will see a discharge no later then Friday or next Monday but I think the computer just automatically kicks out the discharges.
