Hi everyone. I have my 341 meeting on Wednesday this week, plan has not yet been confirmed. In my plan 3 months of arrears on my first mortgage were to be included and I was to begin my payments direct in November. Does anyone know, or have experience, with modifying their plan? I really want to see if I can included Nov into the plan too and begin paying direct in Dec. Reason being is my husband really needs new tires for his truck they are completely bare and unsafe to drive. I do not have any money in savings and without doing this am not sure how I would get him tires before the snow starts flying. We ended up filing 2 weeks before originally planned (to avoid repo of vehicle) so we had to pay an extra trustee payment, that I originally didn't have worked into the budget. I'm scared to ask my attorney this, because her office is unfriendly and I just had to have them add a creditor that was forgot and it took them 2 weeks to do that and 3 phone calls.

I am not sure...reason being, you have already filed. The date you file is your cut-off.
All you can do is ask your attorney.
As a matter of right, Section 1323 of the BK code gives you an unlimited right to modify your plan any time before confirmation, whether you can modify a plan to add a post-petition debt, I am not sure about...but I think might be able to.
