Newbie here - questions on DataCenter & Pacer

Hello to all. New to the forums, but not to the process

We are about 25 mos into a 60 mo plan.

I just learned (through these forums) about the NDC.
I looked things up yesterday and am now confused.

According to the ledger, all payments we have made are posted (including the most recent one dated 10/23/07). Disbursements to creditors are also reflected. But......the most recent disbursement is from 7/11/07. Nothing since. Very strange. Currently it appears that all priority and secured debt has been paid with the exception of State taxes which total about $672. Our "balance" in the fund is $4319.23. The list of creditors on the NDC only show secured creditors.........even though payment should be made to unsecured as well according to the plan we filed. I realize that secured are paid first, but is it normal to see such a gap in between disbursements? Like I said, payments are up to date, but no disbursements shown since July. They were being made monthly up to that point in time.

So today, I signed up for Pacer Access. Now I'm really confused. The STATUS = Awaiting Discharge, Awaiting Closing.

How the heck can that be????????????

    anyone have any insight ?????????

    thanks
    K

PS: I was so relieved to find these forums. Wish I had found them long ago................

Evidently, when you file Ch 13 BK,............. Once your case is Confirmed and you're making payments, the Status on PACER shows "Awaiting Discharge, Awaiting Closing". PACER won't update again until something new is filed with the Courts.

Some Trustees make payments every month. Some Trustees make payments quarterly. Some Trustees make spotty payments. Creditors seem to pretty well go along with how ever they get paid. I guess Creditors aren't gonna mess with the Trustee.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007
