Questions about filling

We have spoke to two attorneys about filing and both put us in the chapter 13. However not at 100% payback.

I have a question. If we are, say 45 months into a 60 month plan and paying back 80%. Can we payoff that early if we get the money from family or something? Are they going to want the entire 100% if we pay off early or still the 80%?

Also, everything I have read says you cannot buy a house for two years after bk. I am assuming that means 2 years after the chap 13 discharge.........60 months (or rather 84 months) later......is that right?

I am also interested in the answer to this question, because I am planning to buy a house immediately after my discharge. I thought that you only had to get the Trustee's permission to take on new debt while your case was active. Is there any reason why you couldn't buy a house after discharge? Thanks!
