NOLA books

I was planning on purchasing the online version of chapter 7 bankruptcy and noticed they had a book called The new bankruptcy and will it work for you. My question is should I buy the new bankruptcy then chapter y bankruptcy or just buy the chapter 7 BK book.

Eh I learned all I could from this board. Nolo is useless. Waste of my money.

NOLO is no use????

nolo is useless/ no use are you crazy ?????? Excuse me thats his personal view--- I beg to differ Nolo book which is sitting beside my bed. I will not say you cant learn anything from here but sometimes it takes days or hours to find a response if any that fit your situatuion. I have the nolo book and the bk simpl. Nolo has my expemtions in it, copy of forms, it has picture examples of every form required to complete in a chapter 7 bk. The examples help beacuse if your confused about how to answer a question you just look at how they did it. It tells you about debts kinds and what is dischargable or not. I have to say if I wouldnt have this book I would be asking every question in the book and very simple ones that I can look up myself with NOLO..
I tell you this do what I did go to Barnes and noble or any book store ( call to see if avail) and pick up the nolo book if you dont like it you have 30 days to return it. See for yourself GOOD Luck

I agree, I filed PRO SE and this book was awesome, Line by line instructions. You can't go wrong with it.

Just an opinion, I haven't actually read the book but the title kind of speaks for itself. If you want to know about the effects of BK, it might be helpful. I knew I qualified for BK and had no other options so I didn't really need that book. ?? depends on your knowledge and situation.

i went to the library and they had all three chp 7 13 and the does it work for you book so that was cool. saved some money which i guess I need to start learning to do.
