i had a question,i am a year into a 60 month plan.checking the website the trustee has set up ,i noticed 2 capital one credit card accounts had withdrawn their claim.is this common?it saved me over 1300 so i hope more unsecureds decide they dont wait to wait 4 yrs for payment.

Were they duplicate claims?
Honestly, it's not common for creditor to withdrawal claim. Generally, the only reason they do that is if there was a mistake on the claim form, or they filed duplicate claims. -

thanks for responding,they werent duplicate claims ,however they were from the same bank -capital one credit cards-i had 2
one claim was 690 and one was 682
i tried to research the frequency but couldnt find much about it.
i was hoping more would follow suit
