Worried in ny

We were discharged on 2-13-05. at the time of our 341 meeting the trustee said he was going to sue us for a truck. It is our sons truck, we had it in our names because the insurance was cheaper for him due to a traffic charge. Prior to filing bankruptcy we put it back in his name because we thought that was the smart thing to do. On Pacer it says realprop under flags, our lawyer said to wait it out. We are waiting, but worried everyday that they will sue our son. Anyone have any insight? We are in New York. I just want this thing to be done and over with. Thanks. worried in ny

If you were discharged in 2-13-05, and you haven't received a complaint from the Trustee, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
