Ex-Wife Needs Help

My ex-husband (we divorced in 2000) has filed for bankruptcy--Chapter 7. I got a notice because of two items that were included as his responsiblity in the divorce. He has paid neither, and now I guess he is going to included them in this. How will this affect my credit and what can I do about this?

It depends, but if these were joint debts (debts incurred while you were married), then conceivably, the creditors could after you for any unpaid balance.
