Whats new with my bk

so checked pacer today and my application for waiver of filing fee was denied but I get to pay installments first installment due on the 26th of November. Didnt get a hearing or nothing they just declined it.. Oh well guess I'll have to fork over the money I dont really have.. grateful that I get to do installments..
