Credit score for getting into new rental?

Hi, all! Looks like I might have to move here shortly because of noise problems in my current place. I was wondering what those of you have learned about what kind of credit report and score it takes to get into a new rental (apartment, townhouse, etc). I started my BK13 after moving, but now I'm concerned about getting into a clean, safe place with a BK13 still on the books. Current TransUnion FICO 608

    Thoughts?

Depends on the management of the complex - and how eager they are to having full occupancy. Since you already filed Chapter 13 and are well within the plan, and your credit reports only indicate the bankruptcies, but no other delinquent accounts, you shouldn't really have any big problems renting. You might however have to pay a larger deposit.

You can call around to a few of the apartments, townhouses and etc and ask what their criteria is for someone in a Ch.13.
