Is the "Deadline for Objections" the Discharge Date?
Hi There! We are new to the forum and have one question... we filed Chapter 7 on 08/30/07, and PACER says the deadline for objections is 12/24/07. What happens after that? Does that pretty much mean we will be discharged?
The Trustee hasn't contacted us since the hearing, where she said she would if there were any issues.
Please let us know, we are SO anxious to get this over with!
