Does the trustee pull your credit report?

Does the trustee pull it after filing to make sure you listed all debt? Also does he pull it before the 341 to make sure? Reason being, I filed to amend it to add in my unemployment overpayment and my attorney forgot to file it. Luckily the 341 is on Monday but I'm wondering if the trustee matches up what was filed against your credit report to make sure nothing was missed. Thanks!

If, in the very unlikely event the US Trustee selects your case for further review (would only happen if you are an asset case with a decent income), they DO ask for a credit report from Experian.

Not sure why, but I would guess it is to look at recent payments you have made on your debt to ensure it is the same story you are telling on your bk papers.

But if you are a non-asset case, this shouldn't be an issue.
