Ok - I posted this in my original topic but I wanted to post again for those who don't feel like going through two pages of posts.
I live in NH and I have my 341 meeting on Friday. I brought with me what the lawyer told me to bring. I asked a lot of questions here and to both my lawyer and paralegal! All I needed was my drivers license and ss card. He said if they required any other paperwork they'd let me know.
I arrived very early so I listened in on the other meetings. Only two were very involved. And one the woman who was filing - OIY VEY - she was so whiny - it was horrible.
My case was straightforward - and so where the questions:
is this your signature?
did you list all of your debts?
did you list all of your assets?
have you used your cc in the past 90 days for cash advance?
do you own any property or sell any?
and does anyone have any questions for Missy2?
That was it....
hopefully everything will continue to go smoothly -
