    Essentially, no. I think it has to go into the numbers, but it's backed out. Someone with only SS income would qualify for a Ch 7 as it is never enough to live on, let alone fund a Ch 13 plan.

      how bout additional pension of 9500 annually, if i back out my social security that would be total income, my social security is approximately19,00o annually, my reaon for questioning this is that per my attorneys advice, i filed chapter 13 and have made total of 20 payments at 560 per month and find it very difficult think my atorney psuhed me in the wrong direction and am not comtemplating converting to 7
