    Schedule F Help

Ok I got a question. I am wokring on filing my own paperwork and I am working on Schedule F. DO I need to put the original debtor and the collection company that took the debt or just the collection company?

If you can, you are better off to list both.

I, am currently working on my schedules. I got a great book from the library to help: How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy written by a group of attorneys. Here are two quotes from the book, I hope they help:
"include the original creditor, anybody to whom the debt has been assigned or sold, and any other person (such as a bill collector or attorney) trying to collect the debt" also "If you have more than one unsecured creditor for a given debt, list the original creditor first, followed by the other crediors. For example, if you've been sued or hounded by a collection agency, list the attorney or collection agency in addition to the original creditor.(But you don't need to list a collection agency that had the debt a while back and has ceased collection efforts.)" --Hope this helped.
