When I filed bankruptcy back in January I only gave the attorney the information for the orignal debt, not the collection account information. Is this a problem?

Not sure. If you filed in Jan. and everything has gone thru, you should definately get in contact with all the collection agencies to make certain. Your debt may have been sold to another agency and still out there. Better safe than sorry. Legally, you should have no problem clearing it up, but you don't want it to haunt you years down the line.
