i just got back to working a job after closing a tanning business and trying hard to catch up on bills .problem right now is security dept at my bank froze 600 plus dollars to cover late fees and insufficient fund on my personal checking acct, for a 300 bill they paid when i didnt have funds to cover it in my business checking acct. can they do that.

Yes they can. I would call the accounting department and politly make arrangements to pay back the money you owe to the bank. Ask them if they will will reverse the fees (it never hurts to ask). Next, ask the bank if you can sign paperwork to not allow any overdrafts from you accounts. If the money is not there then the bank will not courtesy pay it.
