When to payments start?

If I were to send my attorney her fee today... when do I make 1st payment to trustee? Assume it's after 341 meeting, but possibly before all creditors have their say. Is that right?

I met with my attorney the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I filed on 12/3. My first payment is due on 12/20. My 341 is scheduled for 1/24.

Just my scenario to help you guage what yours will be.

Thus, for most cases, a debtor will have typically made 2-3 payments BEFORE the 341 meeting and a total of 4-5 payments BEFORE the plan confirmation hearing.
