Problems with Pacer?

I haven't been able to view documents through my pacer account. When I click on a document I get a blank screen that says "Done" at the bottom. I am still being charged the 8 cents. I used to be able to view all documents but the past couple of days this problem started.

Has anyone else had this problem? I am in the Eastern District of Michigan if that makes any difference.

Your district doesn't make any difference. From what you described, I am assuming that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed but somehow it broke. You don't say what kind of computer system you have.

What I would do would be to uninstall Acrobat Reader and install the latest version:

You can download it from there. Alot of the court documents on Pacer are PDF files and require Adobe Acrobat reader to be able to view them.
