    "Lender Negligence"

    Hunting info regarding "lender negligence" by Bank/Mortgage Co and Title Co. Recently lost my mobile home/land in simple Chapter 7 - no asset case - due to their stupidity 7 years ago.
    Can anyone suggest where I can find info on this??

    Well, about the only thing I can suggest is see a consumer/real estate attorney.

      Thanks HHM for the info.
      Wasn't really sure where to start at. I do know I have the right to sue bank/mortgage co/title company for their "lender negligence" 7 years ago. I paid for title insurance at closing to protect my title.
      Am in the process of purchasing my home back from the trustee and the land from the bank - thanks to a "friend" who invests in property.
      Hopefully I will get my home back in the end......

        Yeah, your in a tough situation. Hopefully you can get some resolution, it sounds like you have a case that an attorney may be interested in bringing.
