    Corporate credit card in BK

    Hello all-
Will be filing CH7 this week. Due to poor credit, I was not approved by AMEX for an AMEX Corporate card, so my application had to be approved by my boss (who would be responsible for the debt if the card is defaulted on). The card is used only for business travel, and usually has a zero balance. I was advised not to include this card in the BK, but wanted to poll this Board to get input on this situation: could AMEX find out about the BK and cancel this account, even though it is guaranteed by my company? Would my company be notified by AMEX of the BK?
    Thanks!

I don't understand why you'd even consider including this card in your BK, since it the card is under your boss's name and credit. Since the card is an Amex Corporate account...........your boss got you a card as an authorized user using thier sub-protocol - for employees that can't be approved.

I didn't include it, but wanted to get input if, by chance, AMEX would get notification of the BK -- even though not named in the BK---and take action. I've heard that creditors that were not named in BK filings had still canceled accounts due to notice of the BK - is this not true?
      Thanks!
