[Getting By]

I do not know much about the pacer..since our BK13 is somewhat new..would our information be on there? Also, does everyone's info get put on there? There was another site I found here.. about your BK but our Trustee does not participate in it.

Pacer is ok for keeping track of the legal stuff but it won't show you how the trustee distributes your money. My trustee particiates in the 13network.com which is through BSS

Our trustee does NOT participate so we go by Pacer. It's really irrelevant when/who the trustee pays anyway.

I've found that Pacer lists everyone who files claims, whereas the Chp 13 Datacenter that our Trustee is part of, lists everyone who paperwork was sent to, not just who has filed claims--and some of our creditors did not file claims. It also doesn't list too many relevante dates. Our BK has been confirmed for 2 months, we've been making payments for 7 months, and to date the only payouts have been to the trustee and our attorney.

Our attorney just paid over $1700 to cap one for the car payment, $90 to our attorney out of the (2) $825 payments. We just made a third but we don't know what that is going for.
