I sent BK notices to any and all possible creditors, including doctors where my ex was listed as financially responsible. One in particular is a dentist that I took my daughter to. (she's my ex's stepdaughter) Anyway, the insurance was his, I took her to the dentist, filled out all the forms and the bill was sent only in his name. We live in a community property state. So I assumed community debt. Correct?
They sent the notice back with a letter stating they did not have me in their system. So does that mean that they'll never come after me for this debt? Or since they've been included in my BK is the obligation for the debt eliminated with discharge?
