social security income

cant seem to get a definitive answer re social security income, on the means testing to determine annual income, it says not to include social security, my attorned has yet to return my call in over 2 weeks can anyone shed some light on this

If the form says not to include it for the means test, then you don't include it.
SS income, by itself, is always below the state median income level anyway, so the means test wouldn't be necessary in the end.
