Cleaning up Reports

I started working on my DH's reports today I pulled all three our discharge came on 12-26-2007 I got all my scores from myfico Experian 636 TU652 EQ 605 Now i have some work to do on reports to change some to zero balances and But I am trying to figure out to dispute a mortage on dh's credit that is reporting that we were late starting 3-07 on 2-28-07 our house sold on courthouse steps and we were in a chap 13 at that time and did the proper things with our attorney to ensure this. What is really strange about all this is the company that we returned house to is reporting it as of 11-07 paid as agreed with a 48 month history as good but not sure how to get GMAC which is company reporting us as past due to remove it completely we never had them as our mo
