We had our 314 meeting on 4/19 with last day to object to discharge 6/20. I logged into pacer and the trustee has not yet filed the trustee's finding of no assets? Does this mean that I probably will have my discharge postponed? I'm not worried about it bieng a no asset case, everything we have is exempt including the equity in our home. We originally had filed a Chapter 13 but converted to a 7. The chapter 13 trustee just filed his final report last week, could that be what's delaying this. I really look forward to this being discharged and moving ahead.

Chapter 7 Trustee will not file anything until after 6/20 - or longer if he wishes to extend and then he'll file a motion to extend objections.
Be patient - courts, pacer are behind on entries due to the large amount of filings of Chapter 7's before the deadline.
Shouldn't be much longer now as long as no one objects.
Just keep a check on Pacer
