Tax return exemption question

I filed BK on 12.3.07. My 341 is in two days. I will be getting the info to file my taxes in a couple of weeks. How do I find out if my tax return will be seized? Will the Trustee say something at my 341 meeting? Should I wait until April to file? I should be getting around $3K back, most of it CTC & EIC. How do I find out if that's exempt in my state, Nevada?

I really need this $$ to move. I'm renting two rooms for myself and my 3 kids and we need to get a 3+ bedroom, but I need the deposit $$ before I can move.
