Finalized BK (7) last Nov. 2004 still not pick up the car! What now?

I had a family member file chapter 7 Bk last year due to some tough times. However they finalize the BK mid November of 2004 ( I don't know the exact date). However they gave up both of their vehicles. One was picked up about 30 days after it finalized. The other still has not been picked up until this day. The car is not being drove or licensed. I guess my question is do they have a time limit to come get that car? They live in OH so if anyone knows anything please reply. The car is a nice car but it's in their way. What they wanting to know because they gave the car up freely and was parked where the bank could have picked it up at anytime but has failed to do so could they take possession of the car after a certain amount of time? ANY HELP is appreciated. Thanks
