Hello once agian.
I have seen various people talking about inform the Trustee that someone filed after the date and just wanted to stick to the creditor so tried to make their claim invaild. I dont know if I want to come up from " under the radar " just to stick it to a creditor but I might and wanted clarification on the timetable of them being able to file said claim. On pacer I noticed as well it is one of those credit recovery companies that "buy" bk accounts. Anyways, I filed on 3/12/07 and had my 341 meeting on 4/25/07 with confirmation on 5/21/07. "Lucky" me everyone of my creditors filed a claim but one of them filed on 6/18/07. Now, that is over 90 days from filing date but within 90 days of 341 and confirmation dates. Should their claim be vaild and if not should I inform my lawyer/trustee as they have already gotten paid an amount and are scheduled to get over $9000 from their claim. I know it wouldnt really make a difference moneywise to me as that money would just go to the other creditors but wanted some clarification and suggestions. Thank you.
