kept 2 cars and my bike :>, were paying it outside of plan.
and the second home is outside with the second mtg.
we were told we had to keep the secound house, the cause of all this mess, with the 2nd mtg on it outside the plan to be a 13.
my issue is this. we cant pay for this house so when it forcloses or short sales whichever comes first, will that have a negitive effect on the 13?
stupid housing market.
and to top it off my father in law passed away befor the holidays and now we have look after my mom in law. 08 was suposed to be a good year.
oh ya and our meeting is on the 11 of feb. hope its a smooth meeting. maybe ill bring the trustee some doughnuts to start off on a good foot.
