I noticed my attorney left out some expenses I think I can use.
What do you think about:
I am surrendering to condos (chp 13), but I am responsible for the association dues for each property until the condos are out of my name. The trustee objected to the fact that we added the condo payments on the 22C form since we are surrendering the property, but we never added the dues...BIG oversight. Since I am responsible for these dues couldn't we amend the schedule J or the 22C form to reflect these payments? The property is in FL so it may take 6 mos for the foreclosure to take place.
Any thoughts?
