We have 2 vehicles , one is paid for and the other has a loan and has no equity at all. The one that is paid for is only worth about 4500. They both are titled in my husbands name only. I know in NY we can have a 2400 excemption per person for vehicles. Does that meant its 4800 per vehicle because both of us are filing a 13 and will be able to keep both because they are in my husbands name only. Thanks alot!!!
