Got a good letter from the trustee today. Our confirmation hearing is on the 25th of Jan, and I was a little nervous about it because he made several objections to our plan (minor stuff, but had me nervous none-the-less). Well, my lawyer has been working on getting everything straightened out before the confirmation hearing, and today I got a letter from the trustee saying that he is revoking his previous objections to our plan, that he now "prays" the judge will accept our plan, and even made note of the fact that we have made all our payments to date (4 months since filing.) He used the word "pray" when he objected to our plan too, I find it so odd because I think of praying as something totally different than I guess it means in legalese. Anyhow, I'll be saying a prayer tonight thanking God that it looks like the case is going to get confirmed next week!

yes, I figured it was something like that, it just sounded funny to me, like my trustee was on his knees at his bedside like a little kid praying to God that the judge would deny my confirmation (and now praying for confirmation the way I am, lol!)
I can't understand half of the things they have on those legal documents, and I have a PhD! Lawyers have a language all their own I guess. Heck, I even have some patents in my name (I'm a chemist) that I don't understand! I know the science of what we did, but once they start making claims, and then claims pursuent in part to the prior claim of blah-blah-blah, it becomes totally incomprehensible!
